Seed Sprout is a mobile centered web application where you can learn to grow your own produce, in your own home.
The web app elevates learning to an interactive level, where you can take quizzes to find out what produce you can grow depending on your conditions, play a game that helps identify pests, or casually read upon a certain fruit or vegetable!
The Process
Seed Sprout was developed to address the challenge of reducing carbon emissions by encouraging people to grow their own produce. It aims to make gardening accessible and engaging for people who want to contribute to a greener environment.
The web app had to capture the user’s attention, spark curiosity to explore further, and provide meaningful insights throughout the experience. The goal was to create something that didn’t just instruct and spew information, but also inspired, making gardening feel like an exciting journey rather than a chore.

By defining a cohesive colour palette inspired by nature, the style guide ensured that Seed Sprout's identity remained consistent and familiar with its environmental focus. The logo design, representing a seed sprouting reinforces the theme of growth and sustainability, Seed Sprout's main mission.
